Our chairs are designed to make finding the perfect fit for your body and work style simple and intuitive. Check out our videos for pointers on how to adjust your specific chair. Cheers to working better!
Adjust your seat height so your feet are flat on floor or on a footrest, and your thighs are parallel to the floor.
Sit in your chair to allow for enough space between the front of the edge of your seat and the back of your knee (2 or 3 finger widths).
Sit all the way back in your chair with full contact with the backrest.
Arms should hang naturally, close to your body with your shoulders relaxed.
Elbows and forearms should rest comfortably on the arms of your chair, without bearing weight. Wrists should stay straight as you work.
Ensure the top of your monitor is at eye level or slightly lower and keep your neck straight and head aligned with the midline of your torso.
A weight-activated chair takes the guesswork out of adjustments and responds to your body weight to provide the right amount of back tension or resistance you feel. We know everyone is not built the same, so we’ve added a comfort dial with a “boost” tension setting offering 20% additional resistance for individuals who need it. Weight-activated chairs are ideal for shared desking or conference settings – it allows anyone to sit down and get comfortable, quickly.
SHOP NOWA manually-adjustable chair gives you total control over the adjustments to dial-in the tension or amount of resistance you feel in the backrest. Manual chairs are ideal for personal desks and people who sit for long periods of time to allow the user the control to dial-in a precise fit.
