Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that may delay order processing. We offer PayPal Credit as an optional payment method. PayPal Credit allows you to buy now and make payments over time. Upon purchase through the Steelcase Store, your credit card will reflect an authorization charge—these often show up as pending charges on your credit card. These authorizations will appear on your account until they expire based on the issuing bank or your order has shipped in full. If the authorization expires before the product ships, you may see a reauthorization. When your product(s) have shipped this authorization will be replaced by the final charge. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see a new authorization amount appear for the remaining balance of the order after we ship any part of the order. If the order is cancelled, this authorization charge will fall off in 1-3 day(s).

If your company has a Work from Home Employee Discount Program with Steelcase, you must register on the site to access your discount.
