As Buoy is designed without a seatback, it encourages you to sit with better posture in order to keep the stool straight and remain comfortable at your desk throughout the day. Buoy has a width of 18 inches, a depth of 18 inches, and an adjustable height of 17.25 inches to 22.75 inches (with a five and a half-inch adjustment range), allowing Buoy to fit in seamlessly with nearly any workspace. Buoy also weighs 20 lbs and offers a built-in handle, allowing it to be easily moved wherever you need it to be.

The fabric top of Buoy can be cleaned with any neutral cleaning solution, such as soapy water. A wet/dry vacuum can be used in the event of major spills, and certain common stains such as coffee, juice, or ink can be treated with soap flakes, washing liquid, or color-fixing agents as needed. The hard surface of the base shell can be cleaned with a mixture of mild soap and water, in a spray bottle or on a soft cloth as needed.

Buoy’s height is adjusted by the lever on the front of the seat. Depressing the lever while sitting on Buoy lowers the height, while depressing the lever without sitting on it raises the height. Buoy has a 5.5-inch adjustable range of 17.25 inches to 22.75 inches.
